  • Maintain process security, meet legal obligations, defend rights, and improve recruitment fairly.

Section 04

Legal basis and sensitive information

Depending on the context and applicable law, processing is based on your consent, steps requested before a possible employment agreement, legal obligations, or legitimate recruitment interests. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not requested or necessary. If a role lawfully requires particular information, we will explain why and obtain any required consent.

Section 05

Who receives it

Applications are delivered to a restricted careers inbox and are not stored as records in the public marketing-site database. Relevant Magnyte hiring participants and service providers supporting hosting, email, security, or assessment may process the information. We may disclose it when legally required or necessary to protect rights and systems. International providers may process data under applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

Section 06

Retention and security

We keep candidate information for the active process and for a reasonable period afterward to manage queries, legal requirements, and future role consideration where permitted. General applications may be retained while a relevant opportunity is reasonably anticipated. You can ask us not to consider you for future roles or request deletion, subject to lawful retention needs.

We use access controls and other measures appropriate to recruitment information, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Section 07

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an explanation of processing; object to certain uses; withdraw consent; or complain to the relevant authority.
